Answers to your questions inline below.
1. Can admin set to hide ad category on Search Ads?
We don’t currently have “private categories”–if a category is in the system, it’s available for use. We can hide empty ones, though.
2. Is there built-in States?Provinces and cities under selected Country in search Ads?
If you use Regions module, yes, we have this.
3. Is there private messages featured for between advertiser, clients and store owner?
No, we have a blind email system similar to what Craigslist had before their current double-blind one. If you use BuddyPress module, users can talk via PMs that way, though.
4. Can admin set to hide advertiser’s street address?
Currently, no.
5. Does the plugin supports multilanguage software wpml?
We support WP translation files currently. Once we’re done with our CPT migration, we can look to support WPML but it’s not available today.

Detail street address with street number is considered privacy before making a deal.
I concern if it is not possible to be hided at this time.
Does your plugin supports users account login merge with WP and Buddybb ?
