    Hi,

I need a function with 10% of the first attribute, and 50% discount with the all others attributes.

Example: my website is for the cell phone fix, if the customer choose to fix the screen of the phone, he gets 10% discount, if the customer need fix the screen+battery fix, then this customer get 10% discount with the screen fix service, + 50% discount with the battery fix. The 10% discount is only applied with the highest price only, and 50% discount only apply with all lowest price, if your plugin have this function, please show me how to do?

Which of your plugin do I need to buy for these functions?

You can check this website as an example of the discount function: https://www.wefix.net/reparation/smartphone/apple/iphone-12-mini

    Thank you

    Hi @franckw

Thank you for contacting us and for your question.

The plugin can apply discount on selected attributes. For example apply 10% discount on small size attributes. Read more about product attribute discounts in WooCommerce here and discount for product variations here.

But unfortunately, the plugin has not a feature as you expected. Detecting first attribute or second attribute.

The plugin has quantity based discounts which are bulk and tiered discounts, but it can not detect first or second attributes.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards

    Hi @asanaplugins

    I have test like this:

    https://prnt.sc/Jk8BjfAhIUOh
    https://prnt.sc/LTo4LJDEJG-i
    https://prnt.sc/-bDQkPw8MAqz
    https://prnt.sc/K11zdFfLMuNW
    https://prnt.sc/V5-q43kugsG-

But why don’t have the 10% for the expensive variation, and 20% for the second variation?

It’s a bug or cache problem? I have test with clean all browser cache too, but still have the same problem.

Does your plugin already have this function?

    Thank you

@franckw You have created a wrong rule.

In the rule “Discounted Products” section you have two items. An empty “Products in list”. Delete the empty “Products in list” item.

The “Discounted products” section works like conditions and all of the conditions should be valid.

Also, please make sure that you applied one pricing rule on the product.

We created the rule with examples and as you see it is working properly.
Yes, the plugin has this feature already.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @asanaplugins

I have deleted the empty products in list, but why the 4th variation is with 0 now? https://prnt.sc/vBKxu4Foix7K

This variation should be with 50% right? Because over than 3 items, the discount is 50%.

    Thank

    Hi @franckw

You have another mistake in your rule.

You have an empty line in the quantities section right after the 3 range with the 50% discount. Delete that empty range too.

Please create a rule as like we created. Please be careful.

    Hi @asanaplugins

Do you mean this line: https://prnt.sc/1RmaoumGpTEF ? This line can’t deleted, after click the “Add” button of the 3rd “Quantities” https://prnt.sc/H3DyOfwbx_0_
then the 4th line comes automatically.

    Please check again if something.

    Thank you

Please make sure that you disabled other pricing rules that are enabled in the demo website. If you do not disable other pricing rules that are active in the demo website it does not work properly.

After disabling other rules, just create a rule like we sent you in the above message.

If you check the below screenshot you had a empty range in the rule. But it seems that you fixed it.

    Hi @asanaplugins

I have created a test on my website, but how to display the price like your demo store: https://prnt.sc/6fUA0tMUaHVx

This is on my site missing the price display with promotion/discount price: https://prnt.sc/A5InMdkAvfAt

Because I don’t have this on my website. My website uses Avada theme.

    Thank you
