    Hello,

    I am testing PreCart (v0.7) on my WooCommerce store for upcoming book launches, and I have encountered three major issues that prevent me from using it in production:

    1. Date Issue on Variable Products:
      In the product editor, I enabled Pre-Order on a Variable Product and set a future release date (e.g., 29/09/2026). However, on the public product page, the plugin displays the current publication date instead of the configured release date.
    2. Text Color Customization:
      The pre-order notice displays in red by default, which looks like an error message to buyers. Is there a built-in filter or a specific CSS class you recommend to safely change this text color?

    3. Incorrect Phrasing for Virtual/Downloadable Products:
    On the Cart Page, the pre-order notice says: “Ce produit est disponible en précommande. Il sera expédié le…” (It will be shipped on…). Since my ePubs are 100% virtual and downloadable products, using the word “shipped” is confusing for buyers. Is there a filter or a setting to change this string, or can you add a condition to use words like “available” or “released” or “available for download” instead of “shipped” when a product is marked as Virtual?

    have two additional technical questions regarding how PreCart hooks into the WooCommerce checkout flow for digital products (upfront payments):

    4. How are WooCommerce Emails handled?
    Since my customers pay immediately, WooCommerce naturally wants to send the default “Order Completed” or “Processing” email. Does PreCart block or alter this default email sequence to ensure customers don’t receive a download link prematurely? Or do you recommend any specific WooCommerce settings to prevent early file access?

    5. How does the download unlocking mechanism work on Release Day?
    When the scheduled release date is reached, does the plugin automatically trigger a status change (e.g., forcing orders to “Completed”) to release the downloadable files? If so, does it automatically trigger the official WooCommerce email containing the download links to all pre-order buyers?

      Sorry for the delayed response. Do you still need assistance with these issues? Please let me know. Also, I wanted to assure you that I will be fixing some of these errors in the upcoming update.
