• Hi I need answer some questions to understand wordpress completly and work with it, the most important that I would like to know is, if I can management it this software with out any knowledge about HTML or PHP, I mean There are some plugin that help to the user to manage their website just with a wordpress’s interface.

The questions that I would like to be answered are:

Does WordPress.org have a content management system (CMS) similar to WordPress.com?
What is the process for converting to WordPress.org once you’ve set up a site? Can we do it in house?
What ¨plugins¨ exist that might be helpful? (I.e. content translation, emergency messaging banners, donation processing, Google Analytics) Are these options only available for WordPress.org?
Once you convert to WordPress.org, is it easy to change website template/design?
Is the website mobile phone and/or tablet friendly?
What is the general cost for initial set-up?
What will yearly maintenance costs be? Do these rates change over time?
Are there other website building sites that are comparable? What are they and what are the pros and cons compared to WordPress?

That’s a lot of questions, and a bit how long is a piece of string in terms of answers.

I’m assuming you are using WordPress.com so a good starting place is https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

The .com has some functionality a lot of which is replicated using the Jetpack plugin, so if you are a .com user that is probably your first place to look at.

As for plugins there 36k+ plugins available on .org and hundreds if not thousands more elsewhere on the web, most provide functionality not found on the .com version.

As for costs that really is not a discussion best for here, and you will here quotes from a few dollars a month to tends of thousands. It depends on your need and your budget.
