questions about tickets

I try the admin panel demo.

Have questions about tickets:
There are 20 seats, made 2 types of tickets “adults” and “children.” Has limited the total number of tickets to 20. This is no problem. But when ordering, it should be possible to order services. For example, “drinks” and “food”. They should not be considered as places and limit tickets. How to do it?
And more: when choosing the number of tickets, a field for filling should appear(name / surname / date of birth). Is this possible?
