Question Submit

When people submit a question, nothing changes to the page other than it showing a tiny message that says “your question is waiting moderator”. Is there some way to edit that submission function to take it to something more obvious like a “thank you for submitting” page or some message that is more clear and prominent? I just want to avoid people submitting the same thing multiple times since the page, at first glance, looks like nothing went through.
