Question reference payments

    Hello, I need a subscription plugin with trial option for our Woocommerce webshop. In the past we tried another subscription plugin, and we needed to enable ‘reference transactions’ on our PayPal account. Despite we have a trustable business account for several years and a very big payment history they did not enable this option for us without giving any proper reason or argument.

    So my question is; do we need reference transactions for your plugin to work? We are very stressed out, because we received a message from PayPal saying they were going to enable within 24h, because of that we already have some customers and we don’t like that we are working hard for them knowing we will never get the next payment. 🙁

    Hi @leeuwtje, A reference transaction is a financial transaction from which subsequent transactions can be derived. If that is not enabled in your account, subscription ( recurring ) billing cannot be done.
