Yes you can. When you log in, try creating a new page and go to appearance -> menus. Create your custom menu there.

Awesome! Thank you for the post!
Now, would it be possible for me to make one of the links just an external link to another website, and two of them different categories for that blog there? These are the 3 buttons that I am wanting to have on that top menu:
– “Home” – External link to a .com address
– “Interviews” – First category of blogs on the blog website
– “Event Reviews” – Second category of blogs on the blog website
Is that something I can configure?

I’m just wanting to know if those buttons on the top of the site can be different “Categories” of blogs, basically.
Anyone know?

This isn’t really a Theme-specific question. zBench implements the WordPress core Navigation Menus functionality, so your question really involves that functionality. I would start here, to learn about the feature.

Ok good, I was hoping it followed some sort of core/universal thing like that and wouldn’t be a theme-centric question, so that I could assume whatever the answer to my question is about the zbench theme could also be applied to the rest of the themes on the http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ page, so that’s cool.
I mean, I’ve played around with menu’s and stuff before, and done a *little* bit of this before–I just wanted to ask because I would’ve hated to use up one of the 10 MySQL database spots I have for this website if I ended up putting a blog on there that didn’t allow me to do this.
AHH! This makes it look like I can define these things exactly like I want to, huh?

With maybe a couple of the buttons links to external pages, and a couple of the links’ being separate Categories on my blog, that hold two different kinds of posts? Awesome!
Thanks Chip and nisaiy!
