Hello, I run a pet lost & found website where people can post their lost pets or found strays in hopes of getting them home. I’ve been using Gravity Forms and some add-ons to achieve this, but I’m looking for a better solution. Here is what I am needing, and I hope someone can advise whether this plugin will achieve this, either through a paid version or through paid add-ons. Thanks in advance!

    • People need to be able to post to the site for free, or perhaps a featured paid listing that will always show at the top.
    • Users need to be able to edit or delete their posting once a pet is returned home.
    • Visitors to the site need to be able to contact posters from their ad.
    • New ads need to automatically post to our Facebook page.
    • Notifications need to be sent to several email addresses that there is a new listing, along with the content of that listing in the body of the email.
    • Ideally, I would like a PDF file to be created with custom formatting to create a Lost or Found poster using the info and photo from each new ad, and then automatically email that PDF file out to the poster as well as several other email addresses.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
from your features list WPAdverts does not have the following functionality (others functions you want are included in the free version):

    1. “New ads need to automatically post to our Facebook page.”
    2. “Notifications need to be sent to several email addresses …”
    3. “I would like a PDF file to be created …”

The feature #2 and #3 would require some custom programming to develop, for the #1 you would need to integrate with some third party social media plugin which can automatically post to FB new custom post types.

One other note in WPAdverts the Ads can be edited and deleted, but only by logged in users. If the user who posted an Ad was logged out while adding it, he will not be able to edit it.

Using Zapier I was able to post to Facebook and send emails to multiple people. I have not tried generating a PDF but I am sure this can be done as well with Zapier.
