Question on creating CSS

    Does anyone know if there is a program that can help you take an html code to create a CSS sheet???

    I created a layout is psd and then took it through a program that inserted it to WordPress files. I am having problems with the layout in the css, it is breaking up my background.

    This is the first time I have ever created a template layout in psd and then sliced it to create the background. I have only created websites from writing html code. Sorry still a newby to all this.
