I am trying to upload my CSV file, but I keep getting an error. What specific information does the CSV file need in order to work? Do you have an example?

Hello, all it need is:
Name,YYYY-MM-DD

Here is an example:
```
test,1985-07-05
Lola,2004-08-05
```
