question – important= get ID for the menu

hey all

first, i am not a programmer, i am just playing a bit with wordpress.

for a good friend, a fotographer, i work on a new website with moesia

uff, i thought it were a little bit easier…

i tried the last 3 days everything i can, i read and watch videos…. but there are a lot of questions

1) how can i disable the portfolio hover effekt? i removed all links (bcause i want to use the portfolio as galery)
i only want to remove the “link – icon” bcause it would be cool if it is possible to watch the pictures in big with a lightbox!

2) types is very very very complicated for me…. cant help me… .^^

3) @ 1) i use masonry portfolio – maybe it is possible to have different photosices – like puzzle style

4) sorry for ma bad english

5) the most important qustion is (i searched for it hours yesterday) where can i get the link / id / whatever to my widgets on the start site? I Need them in my menü!
i want to click on a menu point and it should automatically scroll to my frontpage widget

if it isnt possible with moesia pls tell me, so i have to watch for another theme
