Question – Field Logic Triggered Email Auto-response

Hi David,
A lead comes in who submit the values in the form as follows:
Field1 as ‘Linkin Park’
Field2 as ‘Bayswater’Can I use logic, to add up how many leads in total did that, after each new lead is added.
And send an auto responder saying,
‘We need 500 more people in Bayswater, to request Linkin Park come to our city!’
Do you know a way to do this either inside wordpress or via an extension?
