    I can’t get to the WP Admin area to install a plug in. I get this:

    Database Update Required

    WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.

    The update process may take a little while, so please be patient.

    And each time I run the db update it times out. So I’m stuck in some sort of maintenance mode.

    Crazy that this is such a major issue with people and there is really no support on this. I’m giving up and reverting back to a back up I had at 2am. I’ll lose some work but at least I won’t be locked out of my admin panel for a week.
