Question about the new upgrade fix

It says this:

If you did not do that and you’re locked out of wp-admin, or simply want to directly run SQL lines, use the following –

DELETE a,b,c FROM wp_posts a LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships b ON (a.ID = b.object_id) LEFT JOIN wp_postmeta c ON (a.ID = c.post_id) WHERE a.post_type = ‘revision’

Is this something I do in the PHPmyadmin in the SQL tab? Just copy and paste and hit go?
