Question about plugin function

    This is a general question that anyone can answer. I love the idea of being able to see my abandoned carts, but the one problem I have is that every single one of them doesn’t have an email attached to it, so the plugin is kind of worthless since it can’t send a reminder.

    Are there any remedies to getting them to enter their email address before they get to the checkout phase? It seems every one of my abandoned carts are happening pre-checkout phase.

    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible in our Abandoned cart lite plugin to capture the guest cart email address before checkout page.

    I would like to let you know that our plugin is providing “Add To Cart Popup Modal” feature. So we can capture the email address before the checkout page.

    When the user clicks on “Add To Cart” Button from shop or product page then Add To Cart Popup Modal will be shown for asking the email address of the customer. So we can capture those cart before checkout page and send them abandoned cart reminder email.

    Ah ok, so it’s a feature of Pro. I didn’t realize that. Unfortunately I can’t afford it so I’ll just have to live with what I have. Thanks for the answer!
