Question about long running events

I am running into a problem with long running type events.

For example, it is pretty common for an art display/gallery to be going on for 1 month. However, the gallery might not be open on Sunday’s.

On an event, if I were to select May 5th to June 5th
Is there an easy way to exclude certain days on a long running event like this?

I don’t want a month long art gallery event showing up on a Sunday when it’s not open.
