Question about image thumbnails

I am trying to get thumbnails on a page to show fully. I love the theme and I am using it for an ecommerce site. I am just starting to lay it out, but when I go to a category page and see the product(s), their is a partial thumbnail. Is there a way to change it? I am using Ready! Ecommerce Plug in and the page is located here. http://roulersportswear.com/products_categories/cycing-jerseys/
