Question About Contact Form Capabilities

Hi, I am working with a client on the website http://www.pharmasystemsusa.com and we use the CForm Builder plugin to generate several different contact forms in another pop-up plugin for viewers to submit their contact information to access a download. The client would like for the contact form to pre-populate a viewers contact information after the viewer has entered their information in once. Is this functionality possible?
