Question about Avatar

Thank you so much for plugin “Front End PM”, this is exactly what I was looking for!
But I have a problem with displaying avatars. I’m using a theme “Classiera” (http://preview.themeforest.net/item/classiera-classified-ads-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/14138208) and plugin “Redux Framework” (https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/redux-framework/). Users can upload their avatars through the profile settings (this profile is set by the theme “Classiera” or plugin “Redux Framework”).
When I installing the plugin “Front End PM”, I brought it to a separate page using a shortcode. But in personal messages, user avatars are not displayed (displayed picture an unknown person).
How can I connect the avatars of users which they installed in their profiles?
I really count on your help. Have a nice day.
    Sincerely, Irina
