Hi,
When I disable Enable Messenger Enable and customize Facebook Messenger on your store, it didn’t disable.

When I click Click here to manage your Messenger greeting and colors. > view > delete, I got Query Error Error performing query.

When I click update plugin > next > done, I got Query Error Error performing query.

Hi there!

You can add Messenger to your site from Marketing > Facebook, clicking Manage Connection, and clicking Add by Messenger Chat. The Facebook Messenger feature is managed through your connection to Facebook. Is your site still connected to Facebook as expected?

You may want to test disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin to Facebook to see if this resolves the error. If you find that the error persist, we would recommend a full conflict test.

Hi,
I tried a lot of times. I tried to disable all plugins, to disable the connection in the plugin and to disable the connection in the facebook. Always the same.

I tried to reset the plugin wih the auxiliar plugin too.
