query database to check form 7 field

    Hello. First, I am new to wordpress.

    I want to generate a form using contact form 7. Only members with valid membership can register.

    And I generate a table in the wordpress phpmyadmin database for all members with membership expiry date.

    Now, I want to check the membership id (in the form) and the membership id (in the wp db) to check the expiry date.

    How can I query the database to check form 7 field (member id)? which file to use in the wordpress?

    because I am new to wordpress, I think I miss some points of understanding.
