Quantity not adding to cart correctly

Hi,
I’ve added a grouped product but the quantity isn’t adding to the cart right.
If the customer decides they only want one of the items or they want more than the default it updates correctly on the page but when add to cart is pressed only the default is added not what was previously chosen.Cheers,
