I’ve been using this on a site for a few months now (Pro Version). It does exactly what I need, and was customisable enough to make it fit with branding.

I’m using the CF7 connection feature – capturing user-info and 2 minute audio recordings that are saved and email notifications sent.

I had an issue (that was ultimately my fault – my front-end alterations were mucking up the link to the final audio recording) that the team solved in 24 hours (we’re on other sides of the world).

I’m happy that the plugin met my requirement and very happy support quickly fixed my mistake!
