    Hello guys, i have an issue with your plugin, again. Some of my customers, when they buy a ticket, they don’t receive the email with the QR code. Just some of them, not everyone. Can u help me with that?

    This is not supposed to happened. Would you please check whether the order is failed or succeeded on the Eventin booking section? Please let us know. Also, please check your SMTP plugin is working fine.

    I can see that when in the Event booking section, the order is “failed”, in the woocommerce section is completed. So they don’t receive the tickets, but they pay for them. I need a quick fix.
