Q&A plugin

Hi,
I want to try the Q&A plugin before I’ll buy the pro version, so I
have installed the Q&A Lite plugin.
The problem is that it doesn’t work.
Here is the questions page: http://www.quotes-center.com/questions/
but when I go to http://www.quotes-center.com/questions/ask or click
the “Ask a Question” button, I get an error message: Page Not Found.

Why is that?

The permalinks settings are:
Custom Structure: /%postname%/
