Q translate doesn't work after website migration

Dear all,

I have tried to move my developmental website http://www.indulgences.asia/en
on apache to my company webserver on IIS.

Before migration, the bare installation on my company server http://www.centalinesurveyors.com.hk/csl-internet/ works

Then I started to move the pages , plugins ,widgets. I used the velvet blues to update the link.

After a while, my company server only recognizes http://www.centalinesurveyors.com.hk/csl-internet/en or
http://www.centalinesurveyors.com.hk/csl-internet/zh

But I can’t access http://www.centalinesurveyors.com.hk/csl-internet/

I tried to install the latest version of qtranslate X but it kept giving me {::en in some of my other plugins like Drop-Down Post List. And I had issues where certain pages which i programmed my property portal with TYPES plugin, it puts sorry entry is only available in english / chinese.

Also , my custom post types for chinese entries don’t work.

All these worked fine on my http://www.indulgences.asia/en but now the whole migration is in a mess=.
