We recommend that you use the organization’s email to register, it will save you unnecessary trouble when using our plugin.
When you use the organization’s email, even if you hand responsibility off and someone take it, you just need simply hand over the organization’s email and you also don’t have to contact us to transfer the Subscription.
This rule is mainly to help customers who have the same situation as you case. E.g: they no longer work on the organization and organization will miss our support emails ( Renewal email, support email…..).

I just purchased and downloaded the plugin, and I’m starting to work with it, but I didn’t get a chance to enter my organizational email address. I’m thinking that’s because I used my personal email address when I downloaded the free version. Am I right?
Anyway, I hope this is not going to cause problems in the future when a new Webmaster takes over from me. Any advice?
