Put URL in iframes

hey!can any one tell how to do this
when i put a specific url for example websitedotcom/abcd.html it should appear in < iframe src=’ websitedotcom/abcd.html ‘ width= hight= >< iframe >

i worked on api of wordpress and got solution by adding my own shortcode [play]http://website.com/abcd.html[/play] which puts url into iframe but i dont want to use short code.can anyone tell me how to do it? only a specific website i.e. website.com not from any other!
