Put the hyperlink symbol behind the text

Hi, great plugin. Perfectly meet my needs. But I’ve got two issues

1. The hyperlink symbol is placed by default in front of the reference text, how can I put it behind? Seems there is no option for that. So which part of code should I edit to achieve that?

2. I would like to style the collapse button, sort of like the ‘WORKS CITED’ part in this page:http://web.archive.org/web/20140707081852/http://greatist.com/fitness/distance-running-good-you#note-node-2828-1. There is no class for the button. So again, which part of code in which file should I edit?
