Purging entries

Hi,

Is it possible to automatically purge the oldest answers to a form from the same person? My issue is that when using WPDataTables plugin with Forminator, I need only the most recent data from the same user to appear.

Hi @ph59,

I hope you are keeping well today and thank you for reaching out to us.

The Formiantor does have the option to configure how long you want to retain a form submission data, but it’s not possible to based on the user. Please find more details here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#settings-forms-submissions

Can you confirm if the form will work only for logged-in users so that we can check if a workaround could be provided?

As mentioned in my previous response, this cannot be achieved with the existing functionality. I have contacted our developers to check possible workarounds, and we will provide you with an update once we have more information.
