Purge Vanish don’t work

hi,
after updating to the latest version the varnish cache deletion is not successful!
I have enabled the control log for the reverse proxy and by purging the varnish cache via plug-in we receive the message “connetting to …”.
The plug-in does not read the host (ip + port) saved in the configurations.
To perform a test I have only downgraded the Varnish_flush.php file with that of this version: https://github.com/W3EDGE/w3-total-cache/blob/0.10.2/Varnish_Flush.php and everything is back to working properly.
