    You are running 3.1, so the menu is probably handled in WP-Admin under Apearance>Menus.

    The title/subtitle look like they’re just being pulled from WP-Admin, under Settings>General Settings.

    Was able to edit name of blogroll, but haven’t been able to find edit field for the other side bar links.
