Purchased upgrade applied to wrong website

I purchased an upgrade for a tertiary site that I am running out of the same account, and somehow it got assigned to the primary site. How can I reassign it to the proper site?
(Remove the @wordpress.com and upgrade to just .com on the tertiary site
