Purchased Developer License – Never Received | WordPress.org

I purchased a developer license yesterday. My credit card was charged on on 11/4/17 at approx. 7 PM EST for the order ($79.95). I have yet to receive a link to download the software. Please respond within the next 2 hours or I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.
