publish a sorted view?

I am using tablepress for a few different things, most of them are along this line:

Is there a way to pre-sort the table when you enter it into a wordpress page? For example I would like to be able to use the same table, but just have it pull the data for the date range 01-01-17 to 01-31-17 to display on a page?
