When writing your post, you can click on the Publicize Details link appearing right above the Publish button: it will allow you to enter a custom Publicize message that will be displayed instead of the default text on Facebook.

I have some posts that are imported through rss, there is no way to remove this option?
There is no filter allowing you to change that behaviour right now. It is, however, on our roadmap. You can follow our progress here:

I’ll also post again here as soon as I have news.
Until then, I’m afraid there is no way to work around this issue, short of posting to Facebook manually, or via another plugin like SNAP.
