Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

I’ve deactivated publicize for the moment though.
Thanks for the link! It looks like there is an error with Jetpack’s connection on your site. That would likely explain the trouble you’ve been experiencing with Publicize.
Could you please try disconnecting and then reconnecting Jetpack to WordPress.com?
To do so, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link. After doing so, click the “Connect to Get Started” button to reconnect.
Please let me know when you have done so, and I will check that your connection is working properly on our end.
I tried disconnecting Jepack and now upon trying to re-connect it keeps asking me for my WordPress credentials. I type in the CORRECT user name and the CORRECT password and it doesn’t accept it! What the hell is wrong with Jetpack?? Should I switch to another???/ this is getting ridiculous!!
I am unable to connect with Facebook…. it keeps throwing me out of WordPress altogether and the connection is not made…
Sick and tired of Jetpack!!!
@marih: I’m sorry to hear about the trouble! But let’s see if I can help clear things up.
The Jetpack plugin requires you to connect to a WordPress.com account to be fully activated. Please note that WordPress.com accounts are different than the account you use to administrate your blog. That’s because WordPress.com and self-hosted blogs available through WordPress.org are two different entities.
You can visit the following links to learn the differences:
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
http://get.wp.com/
If you don’t already have a WordPress.com account, you can create one here:
https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1
If you had previously created a WordPress.com account, but forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Then you can use your WordPress.com account to connect Jetpack. Please let me know how that works for you! And if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Hello, Ryan. I deactivated and reactivated Jetpack and did a test post to twitter and FB and the link seems to work now. Thank you very much.
@michelle5689: I’m glad to hear! Please let us know if you run into any further trouble, or if you have any questions.
