PSD to wordpress services???

Hey all,

I am looking for someone to convert my psd design to a working wordpress template. I was quoted by a few different online sites that ranged from $300 – $400.
I am not looking to spend that much on a conversion, that’s just insane when you can buy a template for $35.

Anyone here interested in helping me out with this? I obviously will pay, just not a ridiculous amount.
