    Hi,

I’ve spent all afternoon attempting to replicate the demo. However, there’s no slider or mention of the slider shown in the demo. Unfortunately, unless I’m missing something, the docs only cover installation and Google fonts. There’s no demo content installer. Furthermore, there no prompt to install a plugin slider, even a premium one.

Now, the slider has disappeared in your demo – this afternoon while I’ve been setting up the theme.

I was just about to recommend the theme to a client who has asked me to build a new shop too – that’s why I am working on it.

When ill more information/ slider be available please or I will need to move on to another theme developer.

    Thanks.

    Hello there.
Thanks for your reporting. The slider plugin on the live demo was disabled by mistake and now is up and running again.

Sliders on our live demo are realized with “YITH slider for page builders” -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-slider-for-page-builders/
    Documentation available at: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-slider-for-page-builders/

About theme documentation you are totally right. The documentation will be completed and improved next week with all theme options and also with the structure of each page of our live demo.

We are constantly improving this theme, and release the slider plugin for free, in a very short time (with full documentation this time) was one of our challenges.

I hope you will be enthusiast of this theme while using it!

    Hello,

Thank you, for your efficient reply. That explains all.

Personally, so far I really like Proteo. I’m very pleased to see Proteo is fast and not over complicated. There’s nothing worse than waiting while navigating pages – unlike older themes.

    Stay safe.

Hi there, the documentation has been updated with lots of contents about all theme options, changelog and other important things like child theme.
About sample data, we are working on a plugin which will help you import demo contents 🙂

Since we have no news on it, I assume this is working, so I’m marking this topic as solved. Don’t hesitate to open a new one if needed!
