Property gallery overly position

Hi,
I want to change the ERE property gallery overly position.
Originally the overly shows up on mouseover and completely disappear after cursor move out from image.
I want to change it. I need the top part of the overly to stay always visible, i need the property-title stay over visible above the image at the bottom position and when the cursor move over the image the overly pop up like in the original.
