I am a newbie and you have probably seen this all before. But before you start raking me for being ignorant just remember you were here once also.

I have a store I have setup using WordPress. I has the WooCommerce plugin installed but I never got ANY instructions on setup. I think I have done most of what is needed but I still cannot connect Syncee and populate my store. Noone seems to want to provide support because everything is “third party”.

Is there anyone that can help me connect this all up to work so I can start selling?

    Hi @tazman624,

No raking here, everyone starts somewhere! It sounds like WooCommerce itself is mostly in place and the part that is stuck is getting Syncee connected so it can import products.

On the WooCommerce side, if you never saw the setup steps, you can reopen them from WooCommerce > Status > Help > Setup wizard. It covers the basics in order: adding products, setting up payments, shipping and tax, and launching the store. Here is the guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-setup-wizard/

For Syncee, there is a start-up guide that covers the connection and the first import, including what the server needs (an SSL certificate, SOAP and cURL enabled): https://woocommerce.com/document/syncee-start-up-guide/

One thing I’d check first on your side: Syncee connects through the WooCommerce API, and that needs Settings > Permalinks set to anything other than “Plain“.

If it still won’t connect after that, the connection itself happens inside Syncee’s plugin and service, so their team can see exactly where it stops.

You can post the error on the Syncee plugin forum (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/syncee-global-dropshipping/) or write to support@syncee.com

    Best
