Hi,

Is there a programmatic way to open and close the Chaty WhatsApp chat pop up using JavaScript?

For example, we would like to trigger the WhatsApp pop up to open after a specific user action and close it again when needed.

Is there a public JavaScript method or API available for this?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes. Chaty provides public JavaScript functions specifically for controlling the WhatsApp popup programmatically. You can use the following functions:
- javascript:open_chaty_whatsapp_popup();
- javascript:close_chaty_whatsapp_popup();
