Programmatically check if cache has been wiped by restart

    Hi,

    Is there a way to check if the site’s cache has been wiped by a restart of (redis/litespeed)_server? Or check for any other thing a hosting company can do to force flush all caches?

    This to start a cache warmup sequence.

    unfortunately I don’t think there is such way

    for crawler , you can just continuously run it , if cache was there , the resources usage should be slim to none , if cache was not there, you intent to run it anyway.
