profile picture

Hi,
I wanted to remove the white space as well as profile picture from user profile and as there was no setting for this in the plugin, I switched off the header. this made everything off including the secondary menu for editing the profile. I managed to use some codes in profile field to return the edit profile edit button back.

Even I don’t want the profile photo back, but I need the user to upload their profile photo for use in the site menu bar as well as directories.

Is there any way that I can ask user to upload profile photo during register or afterwards in his profile?

Or any code that I can use for this purpose?
