Does your site have caching plugin or server cache module? If so, please try excluding the UM pages from the cache and see if this will resolve the issue.

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Have you tried creating a new account and see if it can view the Profile data? Also, could you please provide a screenshot of your Profile Form? You can upload the screenshot via imgur.com and then share the URL here so we can review them.
