    Hi @xernovil,

    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages and make sure that you have assigned correct pages for User page and Members page. Please also check your pages for the correct shortcodes.
    Shrotcode for the directory page can be found in Ultimate member -> Member directories and for User page in Forms -> Profile form.
    This issue can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    You can do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I have correctly redirected the Member directory. The problem is when I click in any member that I always see my profile info, not the profile info of the member I’ve clicked.

    I will do the conflict test and I’ll let you know if the problem persist.

    I did the conflict test and I deactivated all plugins, I still continue having the same problem.

    I’ve installed another plugin with the same specifications and I have no problem…

    Could you check it again? I don’t want to change the ultimate member plugin.
