    Hello,

    The version you mention is not for WooCommerce. It looks to be WordPress version? Also things to try is deactivate all plugins except for this plugin and WooCommerce and see if it fixes your issue.

    Hi Royho,
    Thanks for the answer, and sorry that I realized that I had mentioned the WordPress version. my woocommerce version is 2.5.2

    But still I don’t understand why “Products to Hide” tab is not activate, beside the “Product Categories to Hide” tab is activate.

    you mean the “Products to Hide” tab would not activate at all?

    I didn’t try, because it would not possible to deactivate all all plugins..

    Yeah so I would suggest you try that first on a staging site so you don’t affect the live site. Also try switching to a WordPress default theme and see. Any of these items I mentioned could cause a JS error which in turns will produce the behavior you’re describing.
