Products stock is not syncing

    Hi, I have connected the plugin on my website the products are syncing but the stock is not syncing with the products. I have added stock to all my products

    Hi @blingyourfashion,

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

    Also ensure to do the following:

    • check that PHP time limit is sufficient, ensure it’s set to 1200
    • Make sure your WP Memory is sufficient, like 256 MB and above

    Then please try to adjust a product stock and then hit update when you’re on that product edit page, then check for that product on Facebook

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Just to confirm, could you make sure that you’ve set up the product sync from your store to Facebook as described in the documentation linked here, please?

    From what I gather, the screenshot showcases that there are 6 units available for the iPhone 11 variant of the product on the WooCommerce store.

    Could you be so kind and share a screenshot and/or link of the Facebook shop page for this product?

    Thanks again for getting back to us!

    To troubleshoot the issue further, could you please enable logging in the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, then try again syncing your products and then share the log for us to review? To do so, please follow these steps:

    1. Head to Marketing > Facebook.
    2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
    3. Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
    4. Head over to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
    5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. 
    6. Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply.

    I noticed from your website’s footer that your business is based in the US. If this is accurate, this behaviour is expected due to Meta’s announcement in back May regarding the discontinuation of ‘Checkout on another website’.

    You can find this mentioned on the front page of the plugin’s documentation: https://woo.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/

    I’ve included your thread in the public report we’re using to monitor this issue. Since the changes are from Meta, we don’t have an estimate for when or if a fix will be released.

    In the meantime, consider checking our other social media integration plugins for Pinterest, TikTok, Google and more.
