Hello, after I fill out the custom text box on the product page and click add to cart the page refreshes but the product does not add to the cart. I have disabled the plugins that I can but it still does not work.

Please can you let me know what you think.

Hi, the website is not currently live as it is still in development but i have made it active for you.

It will be on most product on the store, the link to the active product at the moment is https://www.babybloomsgifts.com/product/little-love-snuggle-hamper-blue/

if you could let me know how to fix that would be great!

Hi, This issue has now been fixed. It was an AJAX setting issue which was not compatible with the plugin.

So, the AJAX problem was not related to the plugin or it is not compatible with another one?
