• On our woocommerce “Shop” page, all the categories are shown. Now, when you select the category ALL the products are missing… I have tried several things including deactivating some plugins, changing some settings, etc. But I am not hitting anything. I did add under the “page”, “class registrations” and direct link, but everything has automatically worked before this.

I did update today, but I honestly do now know how long the issue has been doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, double check the settings.

It does look like something on your website is preventing products from showing on category pages though. If you are on WooCommerce 3.3.1 and this issue is still happening, then there is very likely another plugin or theme causing this.

None of my store products displayed with ver 3.3.1. Changing settings described above didn’t work. I can’t sell anything now …. Plz help … Thx.

Need to find out what is causing this. Can you please follow this guide to rule out plugins and the theme: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4 ?

    Hi Caleb,

Thanks for your efforts. This below worked. When no product displayed with my original theme, HTML source generated doesn’t contain description for products, so it seems to be a difficulty come from PHP level (= not CSS level). My theme used is ‘hometard’ just FYI to reproduce hat I see in your side.

    Okay. No problem…

    1. Still does it with default theme…
    2. Disabled all plugins and now categories function correctly…
    3. Began reactivating plugins…

Found that the plugin “WooCommerce Products Per Page”, when activated was removing all products from the category pages….

Anything I can do to help fix it? Otherwise I guess I will just keep it deactivated…

Good sleuthing @sswsweb. I’ve confirmed that having the WooCommerce Products Per Page plugin active will prevent products showing (at least on certain themes). I’ll investigate the problem further and see the deeper cause, but deactivating that plugin seems to fix it.

@electricblueindustriesltd @tuteurweb @darwin851 are any of you also using this plugin?

    Hi sswsweb,

    > Found that the plugin “WooCommerce Products Per Page”, when activated was removing all products from the category pages….

    WordPress 4.9.4
    WooCommerce 3.3.1
    Theme Hometard

Thanks big time! It worked! RDM

Yes, I was using it and I have disabled the plugin and it works well woocommerce

It seems the plugin has been updated and after activation, my pages do work correctly now. Thanks!
